REASON FOR THIS NOTICE

This page illustrates how the website is managed with regards to the processing of personal data of website users. This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (d.lg. n. 196/2003 – Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali), and it refers to the personal data of those who interact with the website of the Verona Minor Jerusalem Foundation from the web address: www.veronaminorhierusalem.it, which will direct you to the website homepage. It only applies to the  www.veronaminorhierusalem.it  website. It does not apply to other websites users may access through external links. The information also fully complies with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the Protection of Personal Data, meeting in the Working Party established by art. 29 General Data protection Directive n. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the Data Controllers must provide the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

 

THE OWNER AND MANAGER OF THE TREATMENT

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable people may be processed, also through the use of cookies. Pursuant to Art 29 of the Data protection regulation  the holder of their treatment is Verona Minor Hierusalem,  Via Sant’Alessio 34 – 37129 Verona (Vr).

 

PURPOSE AND PROCESSING METHODS

As for data acquired through cookies, please refer to the dedicated section. For information acquired through contact forms and dedicated sections, the personal data provided will be processed with automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and will be used exclusively to follow up on the proposed request. Any further purpose will be the object of dedicated information as well as specific and separate consent. Data processing is performed by automated means, but paper-based treatment is not excluded.

 

OPTIONALITY OF CONFERMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Apart from the details provided for navigation data (see dedicated section), users are free to provide their personal data included in the specific electronic forms used to send applications, ask for information, or subscribe to newsletters. Personal data provided by users when submitting contact requests, applying for a volunteer positions (photos, curriculum vitae, etc.), requesting information material (brochures, documentation, etc.) or subscribing to newsletters is used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested. In all the aforementioned cases, the user’s consent is necessary to provide the service and failure to give such consent may make it impossible to follow up on the request. Any further promotional purposes (if applicable) must be considered optional and any refusal will not affect the use of the service.

 

DATA TRANSFERS

No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or disseminated. User data will in no way be transferred to third countries or international organizations, nor will they be saved on servers located in third countries.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data). Pursuant to the same article, users have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to be able to check its correct functioning; these data are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatch of electronic mail to the to the addresses indicated on this website or through the Integrated System for External User involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address – necessary to respond to requests – and any other personal data included in the message.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of text that a website, when visited by a user, sends to the user’s browser.
